The Health Law Offices of Anthony C. Vitale P.A., was established in 1982 and is recognized nationwide as a leader in health care law and consultation. The firm concentrates in Aggressive Health Care Fraud Defense and challenging Fraud and Abuse laws. We have successfully challenged Florida’s Anti kickback Statute, False Claims Statute as well as other Health Care laws.

The Health Law Offices of Anthony C. Vitale P.A., represents clients under investigation by the Department of Justice (FBI, DEA, United States Attorney’s Office) FDA ,IRS, Office of the Inspector General (DHHS), the Florida Office of the Attorney General, CMS, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, The Florida Department of Health, Florida Department of Insurance Division of Insurance Fraud and other investigatory bodies.
